TERMS OF SERVICE
Any client wanting to start a new tattoo must book a consultation before booking an appointment. Your always goes towards your appointment but your Deposit is non refundable. Please DO NOT book if you are under the age of 18 years old. Please DO NOT BOOK if you are pregnant. There are NO CHILDREN or NO EXTRA GUEST allowed during the appointment. Appointments must be made at least seven days in advance. There is a 20 minute grace period then the appointment will have to be rescheduled with an additional deposit. No call no shows will be charged the service and same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the full service.
Once you arrive you must fill out a consent form in the lobby. You must have a State ID. Please do not arrive inebriated or under the influence of any substance. If you are you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be will be canceled. Dress comfortable and dress appropriate (ex: if you schedule a thigh piece come in with a pair of shorts). Please make sure to eat before your appointment. Being tattooed without eating could lead to dizziness, nausea, and fainting. If you faint we have to end the appointment and you would have to schedule another session.
There are NO REFUNDS.
